Originally from India and having studied in the UK as an international student, Vishal Joshi brings firsthand experience and deep empathy to the study abroad journey. Having navigated the challenges himself, he understands the real concerns, uncertainties, and aspirations of both students and parents.
Vishal founded UniApplica with a clear vision: to build a truly student-first organization that goes beyond traditional consultancy services. At UniApplica, students are not just clients — they are at the heart of every decision, every process, and every success story. His goal is to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support that simplifies complex journeys and builds confidence for both students and parents.
With a strong passion for career counselling, Vishal is particularly committed to bringing scientific rigor into decision-making. He actively promotes the use of psychometric assessments and aptitude testing to help students make informed, personalized career choices aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
Today, Vishal leads a growing team of 25+ certified counsellors across four countries, all aligned with the same philosophy of excellence, integrity, and care. He holds an MBA with Distinction from therup University of Wolverhampton, UK, and a BBA Special (Hons) in Marketing Management from SLIIT. He is Certified British Council Counsellor and has experienced in guiding students for UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Germany and other European countries.
An international alumnus, Kasun is deeply passionate about guiding students in identifying and achieving their global education and career aspirations. His professional interests span education, digital marketing, and lecturing, reflecting his commitment to continuous knowledge sharing and industry engagement.
With over seven years of experience in the higher education and study abroad sector, Kasun brings extensive industry insight and expertise. Known for his strong communication skills since his school years, he is also an enthusiastic sportsman, actively engaging in football and rugby during his leisure time.
